Over the years a lot has changed with our company but the one thing that stayed the same was the core belief and integrity that the company was founded on. My father once told me to make sure that my career should be something that you love to do. In today's world not many of us can say we love our careers. Times are difficult and we don't always get to work the jobs we wanted when we were young. I can remember going to work with my father and seeing the joy that his craft brought to so many different people. These people weren't just customers to my father, they were his friends. The best thing was that my father wasn't just a contractor to them either, they became his friends too. My life has been enriched by my father and his ability to make friends. There were many different timers that my father was invited over to customers (friends) homes for dinner or coffee. I knew then that I wanted to be as well liked and respected as my father.
