About All Pro Builders, Central Florida

We are pleased to introduce ourselves as All Pro Builders, a state licensed, insured and bonded Renovation, Remodeling and Electrical Company doing most aspects of construction. Milton Hoskins has been in Business for over 40 years. In the year 2000 we incorporated as Hoskins Construction and later All Pro Builders, Inc. Doing Business As Hoskins Construction.

In the past years we feel that we have cultivated and still are continuing good relationships with our customers, many of which are repeat business on different construction projects. We believe this is due to the fact that we pride ourselves on Quality Work and Customer Service as our top priorities.

Since the start of business at Hoskins we have worked on many historical buildings in Osceola County, one of which we have recently won “The Community Image Award” given by the St. Cloud Chamber of Commerce for a large conversion of the Circa 1910 Lakeview Hotel in Downtown St. Cloud.

Hoskins Construction has been featured in articles in the Orlando Sentinel and the Osceola News Gazette showing some of our ongoing projects. More than one of the Projects by All Pro Builders appeared in the newspapers.

A Project we are especially proud of is the conversion of a one story residential to a two story commercial office we renovated for Old Kissimmee Investments in Kissimmee. Incidentally, we were told that it is one of the finest looking renovations in the area.

Most recently we have begun the renovation of the historic St. Cloud Hotel in downtown St Cloud where we are working to preserve the old wood work and uniqueness of the era.

To this day we still build residential additions, renovations and offer electrical services as well as renovate and build out commercial buildings and parking lots. We like to remember where we came from and take care of all our customers no matter how small you project is. That’s the All Pro way of business.
